Ingredients required:

  • 1 tbsp honey

How to prepare:
In a large bowl, lay down a layer of lettuce leaves and cabbage one by one. You can chop the cabbage leaves and lettuce leaves or break them roughly by hand. Now cut all fresh fruits into slices or cubes, as required. Add all dried fruits, including the best pecan nuts. Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and a squeeze of lemon juice .   • Half cup halves-pecan
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 ounce of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 large apple into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Half cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

How to prepare:
Put a pan on low heat to melt the butter. Add brown sugar and pecans to it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes while continuously stirring it, till it caramelizes. Spread it on wax paper and let it cool.
Now, take a bowl, toss apples, cheese, pecans, and spinach together. Add vinegar and oil to it. Toss it again to coat everything well. Now spread the caramelized pecans on it.
