How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 375-degrees F. Take an 8×8-inch glass baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray. Take 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, ½ cup of sour cream, and half cup green salsa, and stir until blended. Pour in 6 ounces of seasoned cooked chicken cubes, and 1 cup of Mexican-style cheese blend. Take a baking dish and spread 1 and a ½ cups of white cheese sauce on the bottom of the dish. Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas, and roll them into firm cylinders. Place the tortillas on the baking dish and cover them with the leftover sauce. Bake for 30 minutes and then rest for 5 minutes before serving.

How to prepare:
Take a medium glass bowl and prepare the marinade. Mix 2 minced garlic cloves, 6 tablespoons of light olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Place 2 salmon fillets of 6 ounces each and cover them with marinade. Keep them in a refrigerator for 1 hour and turn occasionally. Preheat the oven to 375-degrees. Place those fillets in the aluminium foil, and seal them. Bake the salmon in a glass dish for 35-40 minutes. Don’t remove unless cooked. The delectable salmons are ready.

  • Butter
  • Garlic cloves
  • Dry bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried oregano
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Boneless chicken breast halves

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 375-degrees F. Place a saucepan over low heat, and melt ½ cup of butter. Put 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 5 minutes unless they are tender. Take a shallow bowl, mix ¾ cups of breadcrumbs ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 and ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ teaspoon of dried parsley, ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and salt according to taste. Take 8 pieces of skinless boneless chicken, and dip them in garlic butter to coat. Press them into the dried bread crumbs mixture. Take a 9×13 inch baking tray and arrange the chicken breasts. Drizzle with the rest of the butter dip and breadcrumbs mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until the chicken gets cooked.

Chicken and red wine sauce

Ingredients required:
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Skinless and boneless chicken
Paprika
Brown sugar
Red wine
Salt and pepper

How to prepare:
Heat a large skillet and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook 1 tablespoon of minced garlic unless they turn tender. Place the 3 pounds of chicken in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes on each side, unless the pinkness is clear. Now drain the oil from the skillet. Then sprinkle the chicken with 1 tablespoon of chicken and 1 cup of brown sugar. Pour 1 cup of red wine around the chicken. Cover them and continue to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Season them with salt and pepper. Garnish and serve.
