Eggs have long been a staple . They are quick to cook, and relishing. Ingredients required:

  • Sunflower seeds
  • Raw Brazil nuts
  • Coconut Shreds
  • Raw pecans
  • Apple
  • Honey cinnamon
  • Raw honey
  • Vanilla flavor
  • Walnuts
  • Almonds

How to Prepare: 
Soak the nuts and seeds overnight. This granola has to be dehydrated the whole next day. Take a large mixing bowl, and add water to it unless it covers the seeds. The dimensions should be 3 cups of sunflower seeds, 3 cups of nuts, walnuts and almonds. Keep it in a warm place for 8-12 hours. Drain the water and add all other ingredients to it such as 4 cups of coconut shreds, 2 cups of coconut flour, a quarter of applesauce, 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, little honey, 1 cup avocado oil, and vanilla flavor. The granola mixture has to be spread over a dehydrator tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for almost 25 minutes. Toss the mixture with a spatula and cook evenly, unless it is golden in color. The highly delicious and nutritious granola is ready.

  • Avocado Oil
  • Onion
  • Serrano pepper
  • Chicken or pork sausage

How to Prepare:
Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil. Add one finely chopped onion along with serrano pepper and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes unless the onion softens. Add sausage along with chopped garlic and cook the meat unless it turns pink. Add the potatoes and the remaining spices along with one tablespoon of rosemary. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes as it softens. This amazing breakfast is ready to eat.

  • Bacon strips
  • Chopped leeks
  • Medium apple
  • Rosemary

How to Prepare:
Firstly, bake the 4-5 pieces of thick bacon strips at 400-degrees F, unless smoked properly for few minutes. Put all the finely chopped ingredients in the food processor. That is 3/4 chopped leeks, 1 medium apple, 1 tablespoon rosemary, half tablespoon apple cider vinegar, half tablespoon ground pepper, half tablespoon cloves, salt according to taste with a dash of cayenne powder.   • Ground white chia seeds

  • Applesauce
  • Apple cider vinegar

  • Psyllium husk powder

How to Prepare:
Mix half cup coconut flour, half cup ground chia seeds, half cup coconut milk, quarter a cup psyllium husk powder, half cup applesauce, quarter a cup water, one tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup coconut oil, one teaspoon baking soda, and 2 pinches of salt.Mix well and prepare doughs into 4-8 balls. Roll the ball and then put it into the shape of a bagel.Bake on a parchment paper at 350-degrees F for 25-30 minutes.Once it is baked, the dish is ready to eat.
