Raspberry Ice Cream Soda

  • Frozen vanilla yogurt – two cups (nonfat, softened and divided)
  • Hulled raspberries – one and a half cups
  • Chilled club soda – two cups

Blend frozen yogurt with raspberries using a blender, and pour them into glasses.  Add club soda, and top with frozen vanilla yogurt. It takes fifteen minutes to prepare this drink.

Watermelon Slush
Here’s what you need:

  • Diced watermelon – three cups
  • Lime juice – two tablespoons
  • Sugar – one tablespoon
  • Crushed ice – one cup
  • Water – half cup

Here’s what you need to do:
Blend the watermelon with lime juice, ice, and water and add some sugar in a blender for a smooth mixture. It takes ten minutes to prepare this drink.

Fresh Grape Soda
Here’s what you need:

  • Seedless red grapes – four cups
  • Lemon juice – two tablespoons
  • Honey – two tablespoons
  • Seltzer – two cups

Here’s what you need to do:
Puree the four cups of grapes in a blender. Pour the extract through a fine-mesh strainer placed in a medium sized bowl or a large measuring cup. Press on the puree to get all the juice. Add some lemon, and a little honey, to the juice. Keep stirring until the honey dissolves. Add seltzer. Divide the juice among ice-filled glasses. Garnish the juice with whole grapes.

Acai-Strawberry Smoothie
Here’s what you need:

  • Orange juice – one cup
  • Banana – one (medium sized)
  • Frozen strawberries – one cup
  • Frozen pure, acai fruit puree – four ounces (unsweetened)
  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds – one tablespoon

Here’s what you need to do:
Mix the orange juice with banana, acai, and chia (or hemp) seeds and strawberries in a blender. Puree until smooth. It takes only five minutes to prepare this drink

Non-alcoholic Sangria
Here’s what you need:

  • White grape juice – two liters (you can even use sparkling cider)
  • Pomegranate juice – half cup
  • Ripe nectarine (sliced or chopped) – half cup
  • Fresh raspberries – one cup
  • Plain seltzer – two cups (chilled)
  • Ice

Here’s what you need to do:
Mix sparkling juice (or cider), juice of pomegranate, and nectarine, with raspberries in a bowl. Keep it in the fridge for four hours.  Stir it in the seltzer before serving. Add ice. It takes ten minutes to prepare this drink, but you need to wait for five hours before you can get your first taste of it.
