Green teapot salmon with ginger lime sauce

Ingredients required:

  • Ten cups of water
  • The juice of one or two limes
  • Five tablespoons of honey
  • Four pieces of freshly chopped ginger and peppercorns
  •   Salt as per taste
  • Four to six tablespoon of loose green tea
  • Pieces of salmons

How to prepare:
B oil water and add the juice of one and a half limes to it. Gradually, add honey, ginger, salt, and peppercorns. Boil this mixture over medium-high heat. Let the water simmer for another 10 minutes and let the flavors of the ingredients blend well. At the end, add the green tea along with the salmon pieces and cover it for 6-7 minutes for it to cook properly.  Meanwhile, take another pot, heat a half cup of water, adding to the zest of the lime with a teaspoon of honey. Cook this mixture until the liquid is reduced by two thirds. The sauce is now ready. Drizzle it over the salmon before serving.

Tuna and green bean salad

Ingredients required:

  • Blanched one and a half pounds of equally trimmed green beans
  • Two large red potatoes
  • Ice water
  • One and a half cup of lemon juice
  •   One teaspoon garlic oil
  • Oregano, salt, and pepper as per taste
  •   Tomatoes, basil, and Parsley for dressing
  • Nine ounces of canned tuna

How to prepare:
Boil the potatoes and put them in ice water, so that they retain their shape. Take a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, garlic oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the tomatoes, basil, and parsley in a large serving bowl. Finally add the tuna (drained out of oil), green beans, and potatoes gently. Put the dressing on the salad and serve it fresh.

Salmon salad with parsley and capers

Ingredients required:

  • Half red onion
  • Two tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Three tablespoons of chopped capers,
  •   Two tablespoons of olive oil
  •   Half teaspoon salt
  • Three fillets of poached Salmon
  • Fresh parsley

How to prepare:
In a large bowl add onions, vinegar, capers, olive oil, and salt. Let this mixture settle down for 10 minutes and add the salmon and fresh parsley to it. Serve immediately.

  • Flax seeds Granola
  • Fresh loquats
  • Yogurt
  • One teaspoon honey
  • Fresh mint

How to prepare:
Take homemade flax seeds granola and fresh loquats cut them into halves and place it at the bottom of the serving dish. Cover it up with plain yogurt and drizzle honey on top. Garnish it with some more granola and loquats and fresh mint.

  • Frozen peaches, carrot, and orange juice

How to prepare:
Take equal proportions of frozen peaches, carrot and orange juice in a blender. Add ginger, honey and flax seeds in it and grind well. Pour the mixture into the glass. Your Omega-3 rich smoothie is ready.
