Directions:
Mix the cocoa powder, honey and salt to warm water and whisk till the paste becomes smooth. Add the coconut water and mix well. Pour this into a blender, add banana and raw hemp seeds and blend well. You can add ice if you want the smoothie to be chilled.

  • ¼ cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Directions:
Mix Chia seeds, coconut milk and honey in a glass bowl. After mixing the ingredients well, keep the bowl in a refrigerator overnight. Before removing the mixture from the refrigerator, make sure the pudding has become thick and the chia seeds have gelled well. Serve cold.

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Sea-salt

  • 2 pounds chopped carrots
  • 1 medium sized chopped potato
  • 1 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • Freshly ground pepper powder

Directions:
Put a pan on medium heat, pour the oil and sprinkle the chopped onion. Add some salt and cook for 10 minutes whilst continually stirring. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 more minutes. Put chopped potatoes and carrots. Simmer the flame, cover the pan, and cook until the potatoes and carrots become tender. Blend the mixture and mix it with yogurt. Sprinkle pepper powder and serve the delicious soup.
