Dried chives (one tablespoon) or fresh chives (minced – two tablespoons)
Salt (one teaspoon)
Black pepper (¼ teaspoon)
Lemon juice (two tablespoons)
Dijon mustard (two teaspoons)
Buttermilk (half cup)

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a jar.
Shake them till all the ingredients are mixed.
Blend this mixture in a blender/food processor to make it smoother.
